Redrawing the future education

In 2016, I was invited by centro de diseño, cine y televisión to facilitate a series of workshops to gather insights from 5 user groups about their perception of a private school.

As a certified LEGO® Serious Play® method instructor, I helped participants explain their motivations and deeper needs by building their ideas and sharing personal stories. Among other insights, we discovered how certain facilities were not promoting a collaborative environment. 

The results of these workshops were used by centro de diseño, cine y televisión to redesign the school’s facilities, in order to make a better learning experience for students, teachers, parents, stakeholders and administrative staff.
